To solicit input from the public relative to the proposed and revised Guadalupe County Subdivision Regulations regarding revisions to Section III. Exemptions, pursuant to Section 232.0015 of the Texas Local Government Code, specifically paragraph (a), which allows a county to define and classify certain divisions of land for the purpose of creating exceptions to the plat requirement.
